AROJET SP-9800 multiple-color wide-format industrial digital variable data UV inkjet printer adopts KYOCERA industrial piezoelectric printhead with printing speed range 0-100m/min. and wide format of 108mm. One printhead can print four kinds of ink CMYK, support seven grayscale printing with automatic ink compensation function, to achieve high definition and high precision. Model SP-9800 can print color variable barcode, two-dimensional code, date code, serial number, word, number, picture, etc.
It is suitable for a variety of material, such as paper, plastic, metal, glass, ceramics and so on. The printing has bright color, good gloss and stable quality.
With 600dpi high-quality inkjet printing, SP-9800 can not only print monochrome, but also print multiple colors, brings sustained economical benefits to our customers.

Printing Ink
SP-9800 multi-colored wide format inkjet printing system uses high-quality UV inkjet printing ink. At present, there are many kinds of UV ink in the market. According to different substrate application, it can be divided into UV paper ink, UV plastic ink, UV metal ink and so on. UV ink does not include volatile organic solvents. UV ink sprays fast and dries fast, with ultra-low viscosity and non-irritating odor. There is no blocking of nozzle phenomenon in jetting process. UV ink is suitable for printing on paper, metal, glass, ceramics, PC, PVC, PET, OPP, ABS, etc. It has high hardness, high adhesion, scrubbing resistance, solvent resistance and high gloss after curing.
AROJET model SP-9800 uses 4 color CMYK UV ink， it can print both multiple color and single color, provides multi-choice solutions for customers business innovation.
